To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon customer account under «My Purchases». Standard returns: You cover the return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller products up to 30kg). We will send you an unfranked return label. With this label, you save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs at the Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g. particularly heavy or large products such as Fatbikes), we will either organize the return shipping for you or send you a suitable return label. A return fee of CHF 49.– applies, which will be deducted directly from your refund. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200.–, we will refund CHF 151.–. Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order. The maximum refund value is limited to the effectively paid purchase price, including any discounts received at the time of purchase. For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
