Exceptions apply for multiple accessories of the same category or children’s bikes. Some bulky accessories (e.g. bike racks) follow the same rate as bicycles.
For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery. The warranty is valid provided the defect is caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the evaluation of the defect carried out by the seller. All necessary documents to activate the warranty or any extension (purchase invoice, photos, videos, etc.) must be provided. The user, as a consumer, also benefits from legal guarantees on products purchased through this website, in accordance with applicable law. MOMA TRADE, S.L.U. is responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within 3 years of delivery in Spain and 2 years in other countries. Products are considered in conformity if they match the description, are suitable for normal use, and present the expected quality and performance. Otherwise, the procedure for defective or incorrect products must be followed. For branded or third-party products, the user may also contact the manufacturer directly to exercise warranty rights within two years of delivery.
Refunds are processed directly on the Decathlon Marketplace platform after the goods are received at our premises at MOMA TRADE, S.L.U., C/ NÀPOLS, 111 - 08013 BARCELONA and inspected by our technical department. In case of withdrawal by the user, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding additional return costs), without undue delay and no later than 4 calendar days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. After receiving the order, the user has 30 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal or return. After notifying withdrawal, the user has an additional 7 days to make the goods available for collection. We will collect the goods without undue delay and no later than 4 calendar days after being informed of the decision and receiving collection details. In case of cancellation, shipping costs vary depending on the product type and origin. As an indication, the return of a bicycle from Spain/France costs approximately 124 CHF, which will be communicated before collection so the customer can confirm the withdrawal. We will organize the return shipping or provide a prepaid return label, and a return fee of CHF 49.- will be deducted directly from your refund.
