Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.
We will provide you with a prepaid return label when you request a return from Decathlon customer service. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect.
