To return a product, register your return in your Decathlon customer account under “My Purchases.” Standard returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller products). We will send you a non-prepaid return label. This allows you to save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs with Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g. particularly heavy or large products), we will arrange the return shipment. A return fee of CHF 49.– will apply and will be deducted directly from your refund amount. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200.–, you will receive a refund of CHF 151.–. In the event of a return, or if neither a repair nor a replacement is carried out in a warranty case, a refund will be issued. The refund is generally processed using the payment method selected at the time of the order. Processing times and procedures may vary depending on the payment method. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after the return has been handed over to the transport company. If it is not possible to process the refund via the original payment method, our customer service team will contact you.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within the return period without providing any reason.
