We ship all orders from the Netherlands via PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. The average delivery time to mainland Portugal is 3 to 5 business days. After shipment, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order.
For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.
