Return Policy If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, you may return it within thirty (30) calendar days. If you return a gift, the refund will be issued to the purchaser using the original payment method. Return Instructions Please follow these instructions when packing and shipping your return. These instructions must be followed so that we can process your return correctly. Return the item in its original packaging. Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transport. We recommend using a cardboard box and bubble wrap. Include a copy of the delivery note (included with your shipment). Unfortunately, returns without a delivery note cannot be processed. Once we receive the item, the purchase price, including any taxes paid, will be refunded. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Products that are found to be defective more than thirty (30) days after purchase are covered by the Polar Warranty Policy and will be repaired or replaced by Polar's service department. Polar Warranty The Polar warranty covers the training computer and sensors for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Damage resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized servicing is not covered. PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS. LIMITED INTERNATIONAL POLAR WARRANTY Polar Electro Oy provides a worldwide warranty for Polar products. For products sold in the United States or Canada, the warranty is provided by Polar Electro, Inc. Polar Electro Oy / Polar Electro Inc. warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. An exception applies to silicone or plastic wristbands, which are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the battery or other components, nor damage caused by improper use, commercial use, accidents, failure to follow important instructions, or improper maintenance. The warranty also excludes cracked, broken, or scratched cases/displays, textile and leather wristbands, elastic straps (such as the chest strap of a heart rate sensor), and Polar sports apparel. The warranty also does not cover damage or consequential damage resulting from service performed by personnel not authorized by Polar. The warranty does not cover any indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, losses, costs, or expenses related to the product.The warranty does not apply to products purchased second-hand. During the warranty period, any defective product will be repaired or replaced free of charge by an authorized Polar Central Service center, regardless of the country in which the product was purchased. The warranty provided by Polar Electro Oy/Inc. does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national laws, nor the consumer’s rights against the retailer arising from the sales contract between them. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty for all products is limited to countries where the product was originally marketed by Polar Electro Oy/Inc.
