RCB SPORTS will refund the payment for the product within 14 days of its return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order, with no exceptions.
You may return orders purchased from an RCB SPORTS retailer on the Decathlon marketplace within 30 days of receipt, no reason needed. If your order does not include a return label/return information: For returns, you must send an email directly to [email protected]. You must attach photos or videos showing the condition of the product. If your order includes a return label: Place the merchandise back in its original packaging and seal it. Stick the return label on the package, making sure it covers all existing barcodes. Drop off the package at the most convenient location designated by the carrier. If you do not receive a reply from the seller within 48 business hours, you may send an email to [email protected], and Decathlon will forward your request to us.
Products sold by RCB SPORTS on the Decathlon market benefit from a 2-year warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product caused by defects in design, intended use, or manufacturing. This warranty does not apply to the following cases: Incorrect use of the goods Product customization Damage caused by normal wear and tear of the product Accidental damage To benefit from this warranty, you must contact Decathlon customer service via dedicated support. You must provide photos or videos proving the product defect, and, at the partner’s discretion, include the product serial number. Based on the evaluation of the product defect carried out by RCB SPORTS, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
