The item should be returned, if possible, in the original packaging or in packaging that provides equivalent protection. Warranty conditions: Products purchased on Decathlon.ch are covered by a two-year warranty from the delivery date, while used products are covered by a one-year warranty from the delivery date. The warranty applies to defects caused by normal use or manufacturing faults. Depending on the seller’s assessment, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Please include all required documents for the warranty claim or any warranty extension, such as the purchase invoice, photos, or audio clips.
Items up to 32 kg are delivered by DPD within 1 business day. Items over 32 kg are delivered by Planzer within 1–3 business days.
