Standard parcels (XS to M): return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You receive a non-prepaid return label from Decathlon, with which you save CHF 1.50 at the Swiss Post. No additional fee is deducted from the refund. Bulky items (from size L): we arrange the return and deduct a return fee of CHF 49.00 from the refund. Excluded are returns due to an error on our part, for example a wrongly delivered or defective item. In these cases we cover all return shipping costs and provide a free return label.

The return must have been registered in time via the Decathlon customer account, and the item must reach us unused, complete and in its original packaging. Within 48 working hours you will receive all information required for the return. All products sold by simpli Switzerland GmbH are covered by the statutory warranty under Swiss law (art. 197 et seq. CO) for 2 years from receipt of the goods. Covered are material and manufacturing defects that were already present at the time of handover. Not covered are: normal wear and tear, improper use, damage caused by incorrect handling, storage or care, as well as unauthorised interventions and modifications to the product. Depending on the assessment of the defect, we will at our discretion repair, replace or refund the product. Please report warranty cases via your Decathlon customer account under "My purchases", and have the order number, a short description of the defect and, if possible, photos ready. Right of withdrawal: Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We voluntarily grant a return right of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Delivery time (processing and shipping): 3 to 5 working days. Carrier: Planzer (parcel delivery). Delivery is made as a parcel to the delivery address provided. If nobody is present, the parcel is deposited at a pick-up point or a delivery notice is left. Please check the shipment on receipt and report any transport damage to us within 7 days so that we can offer a solution. Shipping takes place from Switzerland. No additional customs or import charges will be invoiced to you.
