To return a product, register your return in your Decathlon customer account under “My purchases.” Standard returns: Return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller products) are at your own expense. We will send you an unfranked return label, which saves you CHF 1.50 on Swiss Post shipping fees. Bulky-goods returns: For bulky items (e.g. very heavy or large products) we arrange the return shipment or send you a suitable return label. A return fee of CHF 29.– applies and is deducted directly from your refund amount. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200.–, we refund CHF 171.–. Important note: Make sure the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents in the package.

Products purchased on decathlon.ch come with a two-year warranty starting from the delivery date. The warranty applies if the defect is due to normal use or a manufacturing fault.
