For bulky item returns (e.g. particularly large or heavy items), we organise the return transport or provide a suitable return label. In this case, a return fee of up to CHF 49.– will be deducted directly from the refund amount.

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
