Home delivery / collection point (DPD): delivery expected within 6–7 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times in Switzerland (excluding weekends and public holidays). We cover the customs charges, so you will not be charged any additional costs.
Sportenzia applies the statutory guarantees in force: Statutory guarantee of conformity: 2 years from the date of delivery. Guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the Civil Code). In the event of a fault or non-conformity: repair, replacement or refund. Return costs under warranty are covered by Sportenzia. The following are excluded: damage caused by misuse, impact, normal wear and tear (e.g. seals, consumables), signs of oxidation, and unauthorised modifications.

Once the goods have been received and checked, a full refund will be issued within 4 working days via the same payment method. The original standard delivery charges will also be refunded within the withdrawal period. The refund may take up to 4 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days to return it to us. Please submit a returns request via your Decathlon account. You will then receive a pre-paid DPD returns label. The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer and amounts to a flat fee of 7 CHF, which will be deducted directly from your refund. Returns of bulky items: for bulky items (e.g. particularly large or heavy products weighing 30 kg or more), we also offer a returns solution. We will arrange collection or provide you with a pre-filled returns label. In this case, a returns charge of 49 CHF applies, which will be deducted directly from your refund. Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will process the refund for your order, minus the return charges (7 or 49 CHF, depending on whether or not the item is bulky).
Return postage costs are payable by the customer. Return label: we do not include a return label inside the parcel; to obtain one, you can submit an automatic return request via your Decathlon order dashboard. Please note that you have 30 days from receipt of your order to submit this return request. Once you have obtained the return label and affixed it to the parcel, please drop off your return at one of the 1,000 DPD Pickup/DPD Parcelshops collection points in Switzerland so that it can be returned to us. Exchanges can be arranged on request. The address to which returns should be sent is: 15 avenue de Lardière, 13220 Châteauneuf-les-Martigues. Returned items must be complete, show no signs of use (including accessories and user manuals), be clean and well protected in sturdy packaging; for electronic devices, please reset them to factory settings or delete your personal data. Exchanges and returns of products sold by Sportenzia are not possible in Decathlon shops or warehouses. The maximum time for a refund is 4 calendar days from handover to the courier. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
