To return a product, register your return in your Decathlon customer account under “My purchases.” Standard returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for standard packages (e.g., smaller products). We will send you a prepaid return label. This will save you CHF 1.50 on shipping costs with Swiss Post. Important note: Please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documentation with the package.
Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
