It will be necessary to attach photos/videos that prove the defect found in the product. The product may be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the assessment of defects to be carried out by the seller Surf & Skate Distribution Europe.
Returned goods are refunded by the seller Surf & Skate Distribution Europe within 14 days of receipt of the returned product by the customer. Refunds are made exclusively through the same payment method used to create the order, without exception.
