To return a product, register the return in your Decathlon account in the "My purchases" section. Standard returns: shipping costs for the return of standard packages (e.g., small items) are at your expense. We will send you a prepaid return label. This label entitles you to a CHF 1.50 discount on shipping costs at Swiss Post. Important note: please ensure that the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents in the package.
If STS determines that the ordered item is defective, STS will request that the merchandise be returned, along with the invoice or delivery slip, in its original packaging. STS will then exchange the item free of charge (including shipping costs). No cash refunds will be issued. In case of non-compliance with these conditions, STS reserves the right to refuse the exchange. When STS is liable, shipping costs will be covered by STS upon presentation of proof of payment.
Upon receipt of the order, the customer is required to immediately check its contents. In case of defective items or items that do not conform to the order, the customer has 5 days from the date of receipt to file a complaint. The customer is required to inform STS by email at info@swisstopservices.com.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the STS warranty extends, in accordance with the supplier's warranty, from the date of delivery to all defects that occur during the agreed warranty period, provided that it can be demonstrated that they result from manufacturing or material defects. However, STS's liability is limited, at its discretion, to the replacement of defective goods or compensation for the value of the items not replaced.
We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to the address indicated by the customer. We use Planzer as our courier. Ordered items will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of order registration and receipt of payment. Shipping costs are CHF 4.50 for orders under CHF 50.00 and free for orders of CHF 50.00 or more.
