Free returns
Unless otherwise stated, refunds of amounts paid by the customer will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer. COMPEGPS TEAM SL may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or until the customer has provided proof of its shipment, whichever occurs first. In the event of an unjustified delay by COMPEGPS TEAM SL in reimbursing the amounts paid, the customer shall be entitled to claim double the amount due, without prejudice to the right to be compensated for any damages suffered in excess of that amount.
The customer must return or hand over the product directly to COMPEGPS TEAM SL at the following address: C/ Joan Draper i Fossas 13, 08350 Arenys de Mar (Barcelona, Spain), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the right of withdrawal is exercised. This deadline shall be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the expiry of the period. The costs arising from returning the product shall be borne by the customer. In all cases, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. To avoid any issues during transport, the customer is therefore advised to ensure that the parcel is properly protected and sealed. COMPEGPS TEAM SL will check the condition of the product upon receipt. Once COMPEGPS TEAM SL verifies that the item or items, together with any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documents, are complete and in perfect condition, the amount paid for the order will be refunded.
All products marketed on COMPEGPS TEAM SL websites are covered by the commercial warranty provided by their supplier. COMPEGPS TEAM SL has an after-sales service. Throughout the warranty period, the customer may exercise their rights by visiting COMPEGPS TEAM SL’s premises, contacting the after-sales service, sending an email to [email protected], or going to the locations designated by the supplier. COMPEGPS TEAM SL is liable for any lack of conformity of all products offered on its websites for a period of two years from delivery. For this purpose, and throughout the indicated period, the customer may visit COMPEGPS TEAM SL’s premises, contact the after-sales service, send an email to [email protected], or go to the locations designated by the supplier. Delivery time is approximately 2–3 working days (DHL). Customs fees are covered by us, so you will not be charged any additional costs.
