After the withdrawal has been processed, we will refund all payments received, including the initial shipping costs, once the returned product has been inspected. Customers have the right to return the bicycle within 30 days, provided that the bicycle has been used for no more than 50 km. Returns are free of charge. All LEGEND EBIKES products are covered by a 2-year warranty, except for consumable components, provided that the conditions of use described in the user manual are respected and the required maintenance operations are carried out. The two-year warranty period starts from the date of purchase, which is the date indicated on the commercial invoice. Batteries sold by LEGEND EBIKES are also covered by a 2-year warranty, although they are considered consumable goods. However, after the first six months, the customer may be required to demonstrate that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault.
