Customers may return products free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to receive a return label. Returns are free of charge. Items should be returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.
For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded.
