For electric bikes, the mileage must not exceed 20 km at the time of delivery. The bike must be in the same cosmetic and functional condition as upon delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the bicycle shows additional signs of use or if any components are no longer functioning correctly. A) If the package does not contain a return label: Log in to your customer account on decathlon.ch and click on "My Purchases." Select the order you wish to return. Under "Order Details," click on "Create a Return/Exchange." You can then request a return label or further instructions from the sales associate. Our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information for the return within 48 business hours. B) If a return label is included: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Attach the return label clearly to the package. Send the package to the return address indicated above.
Products purchased on decathlon.ch are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies if the defect is due to normal use or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the seller's assessment of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
