That’s why we created the Reflex Ball, designed to help you sharpen your reaction times. With regular training, you’ll learn to time your punches with the ball’s movement. Not only is this an excellent technical exercise, it’s also a fun and challenging activity suitable for all fitness levels.
OUTSHOCK KIT REFLEX BALL
Options for you where ever you are in your boxing journey
To match the exercise to your skill, the kit includes two balls of different diameters. The large ball (70 mm) is ideal for beginners thanks to its bigger striking surface and slower speed. To make things easier still, you can even start while wearing boxing gloves. The smaller ball (50 mm) is faster, harder to hit, and better suited to seasoned boxers.

The adjustable headband was created with comfort in mind. Both the headband and polyurethane foam balls were tested extensively by our team, with the design refined to ensure durability, comfort and ease of use during training.
