How to look after your chair
Our camping chairs are designed for occasional outdoor use—whether you’re camping, relaxing in your garden, or enjoying the outdoors. Prolonged exposure to UV rays and humidity can damage the fabric, so these chairs are not classified as garden furniture and aren’t intended to be left outside permanently. To keep your chair in the best condition, store it indoors when not in use.
Extend the life of your chair
Over time, some parts of your chair may wear out. To make repairs easy, we offer the most common spare parts (fabric kit: back, seat, armrests) for sale. Replacing them is simple, just a 3 mm Allen key and a Phillips screwdriver are needed. Full instructions are provided in the after-sales card, or you can find them on the Decathlon website using product code 8795742.
2-year warranty
Your chair is covered for two years from the date of purchase. If it does not meet our quality standards or develops a defect, we will support you with a repair, replacement or solution.
Quechua products are put to the test in partner laboratories as well as our own, before being handed over to passionate outdoor enthusiasts to test in the real world.
Developed with passionate outdoor people like you
There’s no substitute for real world use. That’s why we gave the Basic Armchair to a panel of testers before bringing it into our stores. This panel comprised partners, ambassadors and customers, all of whom provided indispensable feedback on what they loved and would like to improve about the chair.
Rigorously tested in the lab
We guarantee the technical performance of our products by testing them first in laboratories, subjecting them to all kinds of stress tests and analysis. The goal is to ensure we can offer you a product that will go on enhancing your experiences outdoors for years to come.
