Tilt your pelvis backwards and squeeze your glutes to maintain control. 4. Keep your core tight and your back straight throughout the movement. 5. As soon as your back starts to arch, stop! 6. To return to the starting position, engage your upper back muscles whilst keeping your core tight.

A few golden rules for making progress safely: 1. Feel the burn in your abs and back muscles, never in your lower back. 2. Tight glutes and abs = lower back protected with every repetition. 3. Take it slowly: quality always takes precedence over quantity! 4. Small, well-executed movements are better than large, sloppy ones. Listen to your body, stay focused, and you’ll see the results!
