These lights are tested in the lab using a simulation machine to ensure the individual components and final product are ready for the road.
Simulation tested
Lab tests are conducted to approve components including the battery life and UV resistance before the final product is tested to simulate how well it works over time. The light is fitted to a test bike to reproduce the vibrations of cycling on a road for several thousand cycles.
