Fitting:
When you assemble your equipment, the cable shouldn't be rubbing against the metal parts or the plastic guide or cover as this would prematurely wear out the components. Also pay attention to the tightness of the pulleys as an over-tight pulley can lead to greater wear on the cable. A damaged cable will more quickly wear out the components that it is in contact with. See the user guide for more information.
Wear:
It's normal to change a cable, it's a part that's subject to wear and tear. The change will depend on maintenance, frequency of use, and load. We recommend replacing it at least once a year. Don't wait for signs of wear before changing them. See the user guide for more information.
