These black handles from ABI, are made from TPE SEBS. This material has both the properties of an elastomer (rubber) and a thermoplastic (plastic). This mix makes the handles flexible, strong and UV resistant, making them resistant to a variety of weather conditions. In addition, the material also feels soft to the skin.
