The acupressure mat is made from responsibly chosen materials: a pleasant, skin-friendly and breathable linen cover, coconut fibre fillings and a cushion filled with buckwheat. These components provide durability, ergonomic support and conformity to body contours for optimal comfort during sessions.
With 7,452 spikes precisely distributed, the set stimulates acupressure points across the whole body to improve blood circulation, relax muscles, accelerate recovery and reduce stress. Suitable for the back, neck, shoulders, legs and feet.
