The perfect tool to train your abdominal muscles.
Sold and shipped by Sporttrader
Choose the intensity of your sit-ups yourself with the VirtuFit Adjustable Ab Bench. This adjustable sit-up bench allows you to set the angle of your exercises. Choose your own training level and gradually build it up until your abs are in top shape.
Adjustable ab bench The VirtuFit ab bench's great advantage is that it is adjustable. Start with a small angle to ease into your training and allow your abs to get used to the movements. As your muscles get stronger and you want more challenge, increase the angle. There are 5 different positions available in total. Have you reached the maximum angle but still want more challenge? Then add a dumbbell or kettlebell to your training.
After training, fold the sit-up bench completely flat for easy storage.
Strong and comfortable ab bench The VirtuFit sit-up bench is made of sturdy steel and features a comfortable lying surface with a thickness of 4 cm and a PU finish. The foam ensures your workouts are pleasant, allowing you to train longer. The leg rolls where you clamp your feet are also covered with a thick layer of foam. Perfect for extra support and stability. The leg rolls are also adjustable in 5 different positions.
