Amino X contains branched-chain amino acids, namely isoleucine, leucine and valine, which are among the 8 essential amino acids, known as BCAAs. Compared to other amino acids, BCAAs are metabolized in muscle tissue rather than in the liver. In the muscles, BCAAs serve as an energy substrate during exercise and as precursors for protein synthesis or the synthesis of other amino acids. They therefore help prevent muscle breakdown. To complete its formula, Amino X contains other amino acids such as alanine, arginine and taurine as well as vitamin D and vitamin B6. Thanks to its effervescent formula and active ingredients, Amino X supports energy yield and helps reduce muscle fatigue.
Instructions for use: Mix 1 level scoop (14.5 g) with 225 ml of cold water. Consume during or post workout. Recommended consumption up to 2 servings per day.
