*Quality: Arm blaster, or bicep blaster, is one of the most effective tools to help eliminate "cheat curls" by keeping the elbows correctly positioned so that the arm remains at a 90-degree angle and the anterior deltoid is not incorporated into the movement. Incorporating the front deltoids reduces the amount of resistance placed on the biceps muscle. This is known as a "cheat curl". *Cut, Style & Shape: Dumbbell standing curls are one of the most effective biceps exercises for increasing arm size and strength. However, one of the biggest mistakes weightlifters make when performing dumbbell curls is letting the elbows leave the side of the body and come out in front, which has the effect of activating the anterior deltoids in an effort to bring the weight up. The straps are secured with double rivets for added safety. *Design: This product is designed to isolate your arms and shoulders while performing dumbbell or barbell curls. Depending on your grip position and angle, dumbbell curls can be used to isolate external or internal heads. Arm blasters are generally used with ez-curl bars or straight bars with a 1" or 2" diameter sleeve. An arm blaster can also be used with dumbbells for standing isolation curls. *Sports: Bodybuilding, fitness and strength training *Brand: Schiek Sports INC *Countryof origin: USA
