Materials and composition
The sock is made of 40% merino wool, 33% polyacrylic, 9% polypropylene, 9% polyamide, 8% polyamide (MerylSkinlife®) and 1% elastane. This combination offers a balance of insulation, durability, elasticity and moisture management.
Comfort and protection
The design incorporates terry in the sole for superior cushioning and a padded instep that reduces pressure and improves support. The targeted reinforcements protect high-wear areas (heel, toe, ankle) during long hikes on rough terrain.
Thermal performance and moisture management
The Climayarn® and merino wool blend provides optimal thermal regulation: warmth at low temperatures and a cooling effect in hot conditions. The fibres efficiently wick moisture to keep the foot dry and comfortable during exertion.
Hygiene and durability
Silver® fibres provide antibacterial, odour-controlling and antistatic properties, extending the freshness and lifespan of the sock. The soft cuff and lack of a front seam reduce the risk of irritation.
Care
Simple care suitable for technical textiles: delicate wash at max. 30°C, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron and do not dry clean.
