Would you like to take up balance boarding and are you looking for a simpler and more controlled alternative to the large cork roller? The F2 Beginner Roll, with a diameter of 5 cm , makes getting started much easier. Thanks to its smaller diameter, the balance board sits closer to the ground and moves less. This allows you to focus on balance, coordination and body control first, before moving on to a larger roller later.
Your benefits
Just 5 cm in diameter – ideal for beginners Dimensions: 20 × 5 cm Easier to control than a large 10 cm roller The board stays closer to the ground Less extreme tilting movements Ideal for learning your first balance board movements Trains balance, coordination and stability Perfect for adults and children Compact and easy to store Ideal as a complement to your F2 balance board
An easier way to get started with balance boarding
A classic cork roller with a 10 cm diameter offers plenty of freedom of movement and a corresponding level of challenge. For absolute beginners, this can be quite demanding at first.
The Beginner Roll, with a diameter of 5 cm , reduces the height and range of movement. This makes the board less responsive, making it easier to control your training.
Once you feel confident, you can switch to a larger 10-cm cork roller and increase the level of difficulty.
Ideal in combination with a surf mat
Getting started is even easier on a balance board surf mat. The fabric surface increases rolling resistance compared to a smooth floor and can further slow down the movement of the roller.
At the same time, the mat protects parquet, laminate and other delicate floors from the board and roller.
