The Salewa Xplorer climbing harness is designed for a wide range of climbing activities, from sport climbing to via ferratas and glacier trekking. This multi-functional harness prioritizes user comfort and safety. Considering the long hours spent in the harness, the designers focused on an ergonomic construction of the hip belt and leg loops. The hybrid design of the Evobelt hip belt ensures proper symmetry, combining adjustability with a fixed attachment position for a tailored fit. The 3D Vapor Mesh provides breathability and necessary ventilation during vertical climbs. The leg loops are fully adjustable, allowing easy customization for comfort and safety during activities. The 90SafX buckle made of stainless steel prevents accidental loosening of the closure, remaining locked until a 90-degree angle is exceeded during adjustment. An essential feature of every climbing harness is gear loops. The Salewa Xplorer model has four loops: two on the sides and two at the back, made of soft material for easy movement with a backpack.
