Replacement steel spring for CONTEC Nara and Nara DLX suspension seatposts. Available in three stiffnesses to suit rider weight - soft (green) for 50–70 kg, medium (yellow) for 70–90 kg, and hard (blue) for 90–120 kg. Spring weight approx. 80 g. Designed to optimise suspension performance and increase riding comfort and control.
