Whether you are looking for a good cross trainer for home or semi-professional use, the Flow Fitness Perform X2i Cross Trainer offers you so many training possibilities that you will never want anything else.
X2i Cross Trainer in brief • Unique water resistance system • 24 Training programs • 69 Resistance levels • Unique Quick Keys and Smartwheel Control functions • Compatible with Kinomap, Zwift, and iConsole+ • Adjustable pedals • With tablet holder and bottle holder
Design Appearance The Perform X2i from Flow Fitness is finished in black, with small blue details. This gives the cross trainer a tough and sleek appearance to your interior or a professional look to your training room. The flywheel of this cross trainer is attached at the rear, which also takes up less space than a cross trainer with the flywheel at the front.
Handles With your hands, grab the two outer, slightly curved, handles during your workout. This allows you to make large arm movements and thus burn even more calories. You can also choose to rest your hands on the two inner handles. Here you will also find the contact sensors that monitor your heart rate and quick keys for easy navigation.
Pedals The X2i Cross Trainer has pedals with a non-slip layer for a safe workout. The pedals are adjustable in 3 different positions.
Your training on the X2i You design a workout on this Flow Fitness cross trainer completely yourself. Choose from no less than 24 different programs, including heart rate-controlled programs. These programs fully adjust to your personal heart rate. You measure your heart rate by placing your hands on the contact sensors in the handles or by using a Bluetooth chest strap.
If you opt for a manual program, you select the desired resistance yourself. The Perform X2i has an electromagnetic resistance system with no less than 69 different resistance levels. These resistance levels are adjustable in steps of 5 Watts, with a minimum resistance of 10 Watts and a maximum resistance of 350 Watts.
More variety with Bluetooth Because the Flow Fitness X2i has a Bluetooth receiver, you can easily connect it to the desired training apps. Among others, iConsole and Kinomap are compatible with the X2i. These apps provide you with a unique training experience with lifelike routes and overviews of your workouts.
User-friendly LCD Display During your workout on the cross trainer, you keep track of all your performance via the LCD display. This backlit display provides insight into the following data: time, speed, RPM, distance, Watt, calories, and heart rate. In addition, the console is equipped with a handy tablet holder and a USB port to charge your tablet or smartphone. Move along with Kinomap
The Kinomap app gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-chosen routes. The resistance automatically increases when you go uphill and decreases when going downhill. There are training videos with different difficulty levels. Try to keep up with the target speed of the video or use the multiplayer mode to compete with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far you are in your video and the distance you still have to go. Kinomap is also easy to connect to your favorite training apps, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way you keep track of all your training in one overview. For use of Kinomap, a minimum of version 5.0 is required for Android devices. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
Note: Kinomap is free to use for the first 7 days; thereafter, you can subscribe to a paid plan.
