Smoothmovement The 8 kg flywheel and 43.2 cm stride length together provide a smooth, stable movement during every workout. This allows you to move comfortably without jerky transitions and reduces strain on your joints. The spacious anti-slip pedals offer optimal grip and stability, so you can train safely and comfortably, from a gentle warm-up to an intensive workout.
Clear console with interactive LED lighting On the bright LCD display with backlighting, you can effortlessly monitor all your important training data, from time, speed and distance to calories, heart rate, RPM and watts. You easily choose from different modes, such as manual mode, watt mode, and your own user programs, all controlled via the central rotary knob. The integrated ambient LED lighting adds extra atmosphere. The lighting starts with a calm white glow and gradually changes through green, yellow and orange to intense red as you increase the resistance. This way, you see at a glance how intense your training is and every workout gets an extra motivating look.
The right challenge for every workout With 48 electronically controlled resistance levels, you can precisely tailor every workout to your level and training goal. Whether you choose a gentle cardio session or an intensive full-body workout, you always determine the right resistance.
For extra variety, the CTR300i offers 43 pre-programmed training programs, including hill and interval training. Additionally, you can choose from 4 heart rate-controlled programs or 6 user programs that you fully customize. Prefer to train at a fixed power? With the watt program, you easily set the desired wattage, after which the crosstrainer automatically adjusts the resistance to keep this power constant. This way, you always train at the desired intensity and can fully focus on your workout.
Comfort and ease of use With the adjustable tablet holder, you can easily place your phone or tablet at the ideal viewing height, so you can enjoy your favorite series or training app while exercising. Via the handy USB-C charging port, you can charge your device at the same time, so you never run out of power. Thanks to the transport wheels, you can effortlessly move the crosstrainer to another spot, and with the adjustable feet, you always place the device stable and level.
