CushCore valves are Presta-type tubeless valves specifically designed to work optimally with the CushCore tire protection insert (a foam insert placed inside the tire).
Key Features Specific Design (Hi-Flo): These valves feature a unique base with multiple holes (often in a "T" shape or with three holes). This patented design prevents the CushCore foam insert from obstructing the flow of air or sealant, ensuring high airflow (Hi-Flo) during inflation and deflation.
Material: They are typically made of CNC-machined 6061 T-6 aluminum, making them both lightweight and very robust.
Sealing Seal: A conical nitrile rubber seal is permanently attached to the base of the valve to ensure a perfect seal with the rim.
Removable Valve Core: The valve core (the valve's core) is removable, allowing you to:
Easily add sealant to the tire.
Replace the valve core when needed.
Accessories: They come with a locknut with an O-ring, a valve cap, and often a tool for removing the valve core.
Sizes: They are available in different lengths (common: 44 mm and 55 mm) to fit various rim depths.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. Keep the valve core remover and seals clean and dry. Avoid bending or crushing the valve stem.
