Use hot or cold according to your needs:
In warm mode, heat the hot water bottle for 2 minutes in the microwave (average power 600 W) or 10 minutes in a conventional oven (80-100°C). The deep heat relaxes tense muscles, soothes neck and back pain and stimulates blood circulation. The lavender aroma also promotes mental relaxation.
