The BEAL Dynaconnexion is a sewn dynamic rope ring intended for climbers and mountaineers. It is primarily used for securing at anchors at 40 or 80 cm, facilitating rappel maneuvers, and extending a point of attachment during progression. Its dynamic design reduces stopping forces compared to a sling lanyard.
The lanyard is made of dynamic rope with protected stitching by a molded sheath, offering a nominal strength of 22 kN. The structure can withstand significant falls (optimized impact performance) while maintaining a low weight of 100 g.
The Dynaconnexion offers two useful lengths with an intermediate loop at 40 cm and a long strand at 80 cm, providing versatility for securing, setting up, and rappelling, or extending a point of attachment during climbing and mountaineering.
