USE THE MULTISPORT PRO
The red Multisport Pro units are suitable for this suit to work on 7 areas simultaneously. The full-body stim suit has a maximum of 9 zones, but you can only activate 7 simultaneously in the muscle building programme, as the 2 arm zones and 2 thigh zones cannot work simultaneously because the biceps and triceps act in opposite or antagonistic ways, as do the front thigh muscles and quadriceps. In the pain relief programme, you can use all zones at the same time.
Once connected to the suit, connect the cables to the boxes: 4 on one and 3 on the other, for example: arms (biceps or triceps), abs, glutes, thighs (front or quadriceps) on the first and pectorals, upper back and lower back on the other.
Then synchronise the boxes by turning them on at the same time, as shown in the video. As soon as the session timer starts, you can gradually increase the power, button by button. The power must be activated 4 times per button to move up one step, bearing in mind that there are 32 steps between the minimum and maximum settings.
Given the power of Sport Elec devices, you will understand that safety is essential when increasing the power and that using an app connected to a phone is not possible in these cases. You can test the zones by starting with a single box, which you will connect to each zone in turn.
The integral-stim suit is used while standing, and you can accompany the contractions with slight movements. In the massage position, you can lie on your back or stomach.
