Research into Sport-Elec currents has led to the development of 94 Sport and Health programmes combined in a single muscle stimulation device. These programmes are grouped into 8 Sport modes and 6 Health modes, represented in combination with 11 muscle zones.
During the sport programmes, the device will alternate between an active phase and a recovery phase, with no downtime in our programmes.
The active phase uses high frequencies, so your muscles will be worked intensely to maximise the desired effect (strength, tone, endurance, volume).
The recovery phase uses lower frequencies but continues to stimulate your muscles. It has been scientifically proven that continuing to stimulate the muscles at a low level promotes recovery, rather than not stimulating them at all. Each of these recovery phases has therefore been studied in relation to the work phases in order to optimise them.
The six HEALTH programmes follow the same principle, but are not designed to increase muscle volume. They are useful for all types of people, whether you want to relax after exercise to reduce muscle soreness, or prolong your workout in a reduced form. You can even take advantage of a pain relief programme and one to relieve heavy legs. Thanks to TENS currents, active recovery after exercise or muscle rest on your days off is made easier. Your muscle tension is relieved thanks to the release of endorphins triggered by the massaging effect of the Health programmes. During these programmes, it is not recommended to seek strong contractions; increase the power until you feel the desired effect.
The armbands will stimulate your arms or calves to firm and tone them. The glute belt will cover various strategic points thanks to the placement of integrated electrodes to increase the volume of the gluteal muscles while reducing the appearance of orange peel skin and saddlebags.
