Meet the Flow Fitness Perform B3i Exercise Bike. The B3i is the ideal exercise bike for people who train intensively and very regularly. The device is sturdy, robust, and offers dozens of different training options. But did you know this exercise bike is also suitable for rehabilitation and physiotherapy? Thanks to the low start resistance and low entry step, the B3i is accessible to everyone.
The B3i Exercise Bike Sturdy and quiet The exercise bike is robust and incredibly sturdy. Thanks to the 15 kg flywheel, the stability during your workout is very high and you can train full out without any problems. Despite all the power, you will notice that the B3i is extremely quiet. So you can easily train at home without disturbing others.
Saddle and handlebars The saddle of this semi-professional exercise bike is very comfortable and adjustable both horizontally and vertically. The handlebars are also height adjustable and tiltable. The handlebars feature multi-grip handles with contact sensors for your heart rate and quick keys for fast and easy navigation.
Extras Under the handlebars of the Perform B3i you will find a handy bottle holder, and on the console, there is a tablet holder attached. Furthermore, the exercise bike is equipped with anti-slip pedals with adjustable straps and transport wheels for easy moving.
Intensive training and gentle rehabilitation The Flow Fitness Perform B3i Exercise Bike is a high-quality exercise bike suitable for a very wide target group. Thanks to the offering of no less than 24 programs, there is always a suitable training program for you. You can choose from 3 heart rate-controlled programs, 1 wattage program, and 4 user programs. The variety of resistance levels is also large. The starting resistance of 10 Watts can be increased in 5 Watt increments up to a maximum of 350 Watts. That is 69 different resistance levels.
Thanks to the low starting resistance, the very low entry step, and the high quality, the B3i from Flow Fitness is suitable for semi-professional purposes. Think of use in a physiotherapy practice or rehabilitation center.
Training with apps If you want more than the standard programs on the B3i exercise bike, choose to use training apps. The exercise bike has a Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to easily connect your tablet or smartphone with training apps to the fitness device. With apps like Kinomap and iConsole, you significantly expand the training possibilities. For example, follow realistic routes from the screen of your tablet or smartphone and keep track of all your training data in the apps.
The Bluetooth receiver is also essential if you want to use a Bluetooth chest strap. With this chest strap, you measure your heart rate even more accurately and don’t have to move your hands to the contact sensors on the handlebars. A chest strap with Bluetooth is sold separately.
The Kinomap app provides a very realistic live experience of existing and self-chosen routes. The resistance automatically increases when you go uphill and decreases when going downhill. There are training videos with different difficulty levels. Try to keep the target speed of the video or use multiplayer mode to race with your friends. On your screen, you see how far you are in your video and how much distance remains. Kinomap is also easy to connect to your favorite training apps, like Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you log all your training sessions in one overview.
For use of Kinomap, Android devices require at least version 5.0. For iOS, at least version 9.0 is required.
Note: Kinomap can be used free of charge for the first 7 days, after which you can subscribe to a paid membership.
Display and extras Between the two handles of the exercise bike, the LCD display is mounted. This clear display with backlighting keeps you informed of your performance, such as time, speed, RPM, distance, Watts, calories, and heart rate. The console also features a USB port, a tablet holder, and a handy Smart Wheel for navigation.
