FINIS Edge fins are high-performance speed training fins that reinforce an efficient kick while increasing propulsion. Developed and tested at FINIS’s Stroke Lab, they combine 100% silicone construction with Smart Fin™ Technology — a precise blade angle and hydrodynamic vents that deliver instant forward propulsion without disrupting kick mechanics.
Reinforced side rails and increased blade surface area support powerful high-speed kicking. Ergonomic contours maintain constant contact with the top of the foot to reduce irritation and tension. The fins are designed to catch water on the up-kick to activate hamstrings and glutes, and the proprietary blade angle feels like an extension of the foot. An open heel and toe design increases range of motion for a comfortable fit. Size colour swatch on the fin bottom indicates: Small (Blue), Medium (Green), Large (Red), XL (Black). Rinse fins in fresh water after each use, dry thoroughly away from direct sunlight, and store flat in a cool, dry place. Avoid heat and sharp objects.
