The FINIS Edge Training Fins are high-performance speed fins engineered for technique and endurance training. Smart Fin technology uses an optimised blade angle and hydrodynamic vents to preserve an uninterrupted kick cycle while delivering instant forward propulsion. Increased blade surface area and reinforced side rails support powerful kicks at high speeds, and the advanced vent system redirects water flow to reduce drag and boost propulsive force. Ergonomic contours maintain constant contact with the top of the foot to prevent skin irritation and tension, while the open heel and open toe design increases range of motion for a comfortable fit. The fins are designed to catch water on the up-kick to activate hamstrings and glutes, promoting a more propulsive up-kick. Made from 100% silicone for durability and comfort; size is identified by a colour swatch on the bottom: Small (Blue), Medium (Green), Large (Red), XL (Black).
