The agility ladder is made of ultra-durable PVC, the main material that ensures robustness and longevity even with outdoor or intensive use. The rigid elements retain their shape for reliable positioning of the rungs and hurdles.
Thanks to its foldable system, the ladder quickly converts into 15 cm hurdles, allowing alternation between coordination exercises, jumps and speed work. This versatility makes it suitable for training across many sports (football, rugby, handball, tennis, etc.).
