The aim of FORCE TONIC is to reproduce the benefits of human electrostimulation for horses (whether they work every day or occasionally). Equipped with 8 Sport programmes and 6 Health programmes, it will allow you to strengthen your horses' muscles, improve their fitness and their ability to sustain effort, warm them up before exercise, and increase their muscle tone in Sport mode. In Health mode, you can massage your horses to reduce stiffness and stress, or allow them to recover more quickly during intensive training.
The Sport programmes offer an optional warm-up, recommended when the horse has not yet been worked. An active phase that will intensely contract the muscles in order to maximise muscle fibre engagement and promote deep work. A recovery phase to optimise your horse's muscle recovery. The muscles will still be contracted, but at more moderate frequencies and intensities designed for maximum performance. Better recovery will allow for better assimilation of the work during the corresponding phase. These two phases will alternate throughout the programme.
Just like athletes with physiotherapists, your horse will have a 20-minute or 40-minute session with this belt, tailored to its needs.
