The original MAXXIS FOREKASTER tire was designed as a wet-weather option for XC, while the new version is specifically designed for modern short-travel trail bikes (100mm-130mm) – also known as the "downcountry" segment. Engineered to be a "just right" tire, the new Forekaster rolls fast but also offers good cornering and braking traction across a wide range of trail conditions. This version features the 3C MaxTerra compound for enhanced traction.
