The GladiatorFit wall timer has been specially designed for interval training, crosstraining, HIIT and circuit training. Its large 6-digit LED display (hours : minutes : seconds) guarantees clear readout even from the back of the room. You can define up to 9 personalized training programs: warm-up phase, work time, rest time, number of cycles and long breaks. Built-in memory lets you instantly recall your favorite workouts. A powerful buzzer signals phase changes, ensuring a perfectly synchronized start and end to your workout. The multifunctional infrared remote control gives you total freedom of placement: start, stop or modify your intervals without ever interrupting your flow. The ultra-flat case can be wall-mounted or placed on a piece of furniture thanks to its removable stand. Powered by 12 V DC (adapter supplied), this stopwatch offers up to 24 h of continuous autonomy.
