GladiatorFit Multi-Angle Grips are designed to fit virtually all gym equipment thanks to their integrated strap attachment system. Compatible with pull-up bars, cables, pulley machines, rings and much more. They offer freedom of movement that conventional fixed handles don't. Unlike rigid handles, these grips pivot freely in the direction of movement. The wrist remains in a stable position throughout the exercise, which reduces stress on the joints and allows you to better focus your effort on the targeted muscles. Compatible with a wide range of exercises Thanks to the different grip options available - pronation, supination or neutral grip - you can perform a wide variety of movements:
Rowing with low or high pulley Pull-ups and pull-downs Biceps curl and triceps extensions on cable Push exercises on cable machine Working with dumbbells or barbells Work with elastic bands or suspension rings
Solid construction and comfortable grip The surface of the handles ensures a firm hold even during intense exertion. The sturdy fastening strap attaches or detaches in seconds, without tools. The set includes two handles. Compact and lightweight, they slip easily into a sports bag. They're equally suited to training in the gym or at home, provided an anchoring point is available.
