The GladiatorFit Slant Board wedges are made from EPP/high-density plastic, offering an ideal balance of lightness and durability. The textured finish ensures excellent grip during exercise, even under intense effort.
Each set includes two 5 cm wedges (9°) and one 10 cm wedge (18°). Combining them also provides a 27° angle, allowing progressive adjustment of heel incline according to your training needs and mobility.
Using these wedges promotes a better squat posture, facilitates deeper squats without straining the joints, and enables increased activation of the quadriceps and glutes — useful for addressing ankle mobility limitations.
Each wedge measures approximately 30 x 15 x 1 cm and the set weighs 0.4 kg, making the kit compact and easy to store or slip into a gym bag for home-gym or studio use.
