The bands are manufactured from durable polyester with reinforced stitching to withstand intensive use. The metal granule filling ensures even weight distribution and limited wear over time.
Designed to be worn on the wrists or ankles, the bands feature a robust Velcro closure system allowing quick and secure adjustment, suitable for all body sizes thanks to their universal fit.
Each pair is offered in several configurations (1 kg to 10 kg total). Dimensions increase progressively with weight to maintain comfort and stability: for example 1 kg = 29 x 11 cm, 5 kg = 38 x 17 cm, 10 kg = 44 x 19.5 cm.
The texture is engineered for comfortable contact with the skin during walking, jogging, Pilates or targeted exercises (abs, strength training). Their shape and filling limit internal shifting of the weight for a more stable wear.
Each load level is identifiable by a distinct colour (black, turquoise, grey, red), making it easy to quickly select the right weight for your session.
